I have had the privilege of having Maria and Arne in front of my camera several times now, but I think this last time might have been my absolute favorite shoot with them! They are expecting a baby girl this spring, and I cannot wait to meet their little one when she comes to join us!!

We started their session out in an area near Frankfurt, Germany where the early spring blooms had started showing, and it honestly was magical! Talking to Maria and Arne it was so obvious how excited and how joyful they are to be welcoming their baby girl into the world soon. They are so ready and so excited!

I love capturing couples, but for maternity sessions I also feel like it is such a special time for the mom-to-be, so I always make sure to capture a few pictures of mom alone with her baby bump! And isn’t Maria just absolutely stunning?!

Although I shoot primarily weddings now, I always appreciate maternity sessions and being allowed to capture this special and sacred time!
