A LITTLE NOTE

When you book Jeanette as your photographer, you will receive guidance throughout the entire planning process, not just on the wedding day!

I will help you make a list over the most important shots you want to capture, I will help you create a timeline that matches YOUR specific day, and much more!

This timeline is simply an example! Together we will build a unique plan for your wedding day!

Jeanette arrives at the bride's location to take some pictures of the bridal details (dress, shoes, rings, flowers, etc.)

Note: Ideally by the time I arrive, hair and make-up is already wrapping up. If something is going to delay the beginning of the day, it’s often HAMU.

Pictures of the final bridal preparations of the bride alone and with bridesmaids

Jeanette captures a few images of the ceremony location before and as the guests arrive

If allowed, Jeanette will take pictures during the ceremony to capture all of the raw emotions, the sweet little touches, and the laughs and tears!

Note: I do family portraits right after the ceremony because everyone you need will be easy to grab. If you can give your family notice that we’ll be taking pictures immediately after the ceremony, that will also ensure that no one wanders off. I’ll help you create a list of family portraits before the big day.

Note: If you do not share a first look, I suggest  setting aside at least 1 hour designated to bridal portrait time

The couple joins the guests for the remainder of cocktail hour  while Jeanette captures some images of the reception set-up

Welcome toasts & salads followed by speeches and entrees.

Note: I don't take pictures of people eating, but will be sure to capture any speeches and toasts that happen during this time!

Golden hour sunset

19.30 - golden hour

About 45 minutes before sunset I will come find you so we can take some romantic golden portraits. Normally this happens during dinner and the couple will leave the dinner for 15 minutes to grab a few romantic shots during golden hour.

Cake cutting 

If there is a nice glow outside at this time, I will also suggest pulling you out for a few glowy evening portraits.

First dance 

You can have the first dance after the dinner and cake-cutting or, alternatively as a part of a grand entrance into the reception hall before dinner!
